Online Neurodiversity Training

This program explores how to build neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive workplaces by fostering early education-to-career collaboration, understanding executive function challenges, and creating supportive, trauma-informed hiring practices.

This program is designed to provide an overview of the conditions and behaviors that impact the development of an inclusive workforce for Neurodiverse & Challenged Individuals.

We will examine the different types of teams, the benefits and challenges of neurodiverse workers, and what makes a successful reward system. Attendees will understand why self-directed teams are best for organizations and neurodiverse workers.

Currently, five generations are in the workplace. This workshop offers insights for understanding the unique strengths and challenges of each generation and provides practical strategies and examples on how to apply them effectively in the workplace

This talk, provided by a neurodivergent neuropsychologist, aims to give an overview of neurodiversity in the workforce, highlight its potential benefits, problem solve possible obstacles, and make recommendations for hiring, team building, and retention.
